The Asperger Syndrome Support Group Meeting 2011

The Asperger Syndrome Support Group will meet on Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. within the Higgins Conference Room of Anna Jaques Hospital, 25 Highland Ave., Newburyport.

The guest speaker is going to be Robin Lurie-Meyerkopf, associate director in the Asperger’s Association of New England. She will talk about sibling relationships in families of young children with Asperger’s syndrome.

This assist group addresses the worries of parents of school-aged kids diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, high-functioning autism or related problems.

The meetings are free, open towards the public and serve families from all neighboring communities. The group is sponsored by the Asperger’s Association of New England.
