Denver Restaurant Week 2011
For the duration of the seventh annual Denver Restaurant Week (DRW), Feb. 26-March 11, a whopping 295 Mile High City eateries will supply a multi-course dinner for the “mile high” fixed price of $52.80 for two ($26.40 for 1, tax and tip not included). Denver is just 5,280 ft over sea level – one mile higher. Tourism officials believe DRW will be the largest restaurant week inside the nation regarding the number of restaurants taking part.

Several restaurants are extending their reductions for the end of March this year. Restaurant Week is introduced by Visit Denver, the city’s convention and visitors bureau.
The volume of fixed-price meals purchased during the promotion jumped from 298,200 in 2009 to 335,580 in 2010, according to visit Denver. Along with the variety of distinctive visits for the Denver Restaurant Week website increased 17 %, from 322,782 in 2009 to 376,372 in 2010.
